Before you call
- Plug a lamp or phone charger into the same powerpoint to check it has power.
- Check your switchboard. If the safety switch keeps tripping when the fridge is on, leave it off and call us.
Anything past these checks is a job for us. Please do not take off back panels, touch the gas pipes or pull out wiring. Fridges have high voltage parts and a sealed gas system, and a wrong move can turn a simple repair into a new fridge.
